Q And A Got a question? Ask here :)
This is the Q and A part of the website. Got a question about Guitar 1on1, music, guitar or the website? Feel free to post it here. I will reply ASAP. If you have a question about flyscreen or the best time to replace door hinges or how to stop the rattling noise in your car, I will probably take a lot longer to answer.

Do you enjoy playing guitar naked? It is so liberating!
Manny, I can’t really say that I’ve tried it myself as I find the guitar to be just as liberating playing with clothes on. I would probably suggest you tread very carefully if you play “that way” in public!
Happy playing!

Can i purchase a guitar in mustard yellow?
Hi Marmajew,
Yes that shade of colour can be found on some brands/models of guitar. Depending on how fussy you are, you may want to look into custom designing your own guitar just to get the exact colour you want
I should point out that you may want to reconsider if your plan is to “eat” your guitar. You won’t find it all that tasty and very “digestive”
Happy playing!
Chris
Have you ever done a solo behind your back or with your teeth? i do it all the time, it’s the best!
Hey Steven (a.k.a as “another name
)
I tried doing that a few times, but I dont quite have the co-ordination so its best if I leave it to other players. Maybe, you’ll have to show me brother!
Happy playing!

Hey “….Guess” . Thanks for all your questions.
I find it the same with regards to playing and sitting. Your strap height when you stand should have your guitar relatively in the same place as if you were sitting. Occasionally when I put my guitar back in its case, particularly after longer periods of playing it still feels like I’m wearing a guitar (particularly on the shoulders and back!)
Wobble? Half asleep? It might be because I am? Unsure. Babies….you should have a discussion with your parents about that. Group decisions in my xperience are the best way to keep a band together. Still, “that thing” may be just a spontaneous way to bring about creativity in, so all depends. I have size 15 shoes. Thank you for being a big fan!
Happy playing

Dear Mr Chris (Whatever your real name is),
i have been researching and found out over 100, 000 guitars are either deliberately or accidently broken beyond repair every year in Australia and New Zealand alone. This equals 20 hectars of forest’s in South America being wasted every year. Now some musicans believe breaking an instrument is like breaking a piece of your body. American Indians blieve breaking a musical instrument is releasing the spirit inside of it, releasing it from a life of capitvity into freedom. what are your thoughts on all of this?
By the way, how often do you play in the Geelong area?
Hi Manny. Thanks for your post.
It’s very important to look after your instrument. Check out the “quick lessons” section of my site and you’ll see 5 seperate videos on maintaining your guitar so I stand behind what I talk about in those videos. I don’t condone deliberatly breaking instruments as I feel a musical instrument is a tool to “create” and shouldn’t be associated with destruction. I do think the instrument is an extension of a musicians expression creatively, (that they do become one). I do agree with “breaking an instrument is like breaking a piece of your body”.
I haven’t got any gigs in the Geelong area at the moment unfortunately.
Thanks again
Happy playing
Chris

Heya, I think the information posted on this site is fantastic, I have bookmarked you =D
I doubt I would be able to keep up with managing a website like it! Wonderful piece of work, I would like to see you keep it up for a good long time.
We’re currently working on task for the purpose of my computer course, we have been beginning to become skilled at some html coding and basic web page design. I’ve got to setup a blog site, had been planning on using wordpress as the platform it seems to be typically the most popular. Your weblog seems to having a customized theme and some additional coding did you undertake it by yourself or retain the services of a developer? Is fantastic over-all page layout appears incredibly easy to use! Nevertheless I might use your own web site as a benchmark, of course not copy it as that is definitely against our course protocols and also the law I believe!
Cool stuff, thanks for sharing, pretty much on the ball.
